Welcome to Caloundra Neuro Physio, a mobile physiotherapy service dedicated to supporting people living with neurological and physical disabilities across the southern end of the Sunshine Coast.
My name is Erin Bourke and I have over 20 years of experience as a physiotherapist. Caloundra Neuro Physio was founded to provide compassionate, person-centred care that empowers individuals to move well, live independently, and achieve their goals.
I offer flexible and accessible services including home visits, aquatic therapy, and support for clients funded through the NDIS, Medicare, or private health insurance. My approach is collaborative and respectful — working closely with clients, families, and support teams to deliver meaningful and sustainable outcomes.

What is Neuro Physio?
Neurological physiotherapy (or neuro physio) is a specialised area of physiotherapy focused on helping people who have movement and function difficulties due to problems with their nervous system — the brain, spinal cord, or peripheral nerves.

Neurological physiotherapists assess and treat people whose movement, balance, coordination, or strength have been affected by a neurological condition or injury. The goal is to help people regain as much independence and physical ability as possible, improve quality of life, and prevent secondary complications (like stiffness or pain).
